Never understood the coming, going of the spring
I never understood the reason why it trouble bring
The redwing birds would fly around, and always eat the worms
The worms would sing a little song that kept all dead things warm
The sweat dripped down off the redwood
I said I would wipe away its tears if only I could
It brought back memories of blowing curtains in the night
Which was dark, the sun was bright
Never again to see the light
Half a loaf of bread is better than none,
Thinking on what you have done
Sycamore's fragments catch wilted flowers
Wilted away from the sun
"Which surely states that spring has begun
The stars have seen it all"
Cause the night has never seen the light
Cream pies are thrown on the peasants who sit on the ivory throne
They have promoted the facelessness
The facelessness that's grown
Circular motions wash away the rain
The old man had surely gone insane
Silky cream with paper cuts
Run through the door before it shuts, or you'll be thrown in burning huts
Cause the night has never seen the light—the stars have seen it all
Why the ground is there, do not despair—it's there to break your fall
Just because you don't believe in what you've saw, or what you've seen,
It truly doesn't mean the earth will stop revolving, and turn all brown grass green
The night winds blows through your soul, and animate your body
A thousand souls weep through the wind, and cry for the leaves to flow
It blows the fallen leaves around, as it blows a human soul abound
Then there are those the wind leaves indifferent
They don't feel its life, nor its piercing knife
These such are numb to their surroundings
They know not what they could, and I doubt ever would, share souls with the night autumn wind
